Solitude's legendary hull design cruises at 30 knots and draws 17 inches.

Captain Fred DeGrooth, Jr. is the owner and operator of J&B International. Reflex Rods, a division of J&B International, specializes in the manufacturing of high quality light spinning rods, ocean fly boxes and casting grips. Captain DeGrooth has fished the waters off of Watch Hill, Rhode Island and Fishers Island Sound for over 30 years. A third generation captain, he is an avid fisherman, fly fisherman, fly tier and surf caster. Captain DeGrooth is currently on the prostaff team for REC Components and Hodgeman. |
